In most cases this is caused by a firewall on your network or machine blocking the required port.
If you have a personal firewall (For example, zone alarm, Norton Personal firewall or similar), disable your firewall. Then run the registration process, then re-activate your firewall.
If you have a hardware firewall on your network, or your server is acting as your firewall, and you cannot bypass your firewall.. Use the fax registration option. Alternatively, you can send an email to the support desk that includes the following:
License Number
activation code
company name
contact name
